The details you give us
Introduction, contact and document requests are stored so the founders can review and answer them. These records contain the details you submit, the date, your chosen language and the review status. An introduction also records your verification consent and referral code, if present. Confidential documents are never sent automatically.
Optional traffic analytics
Analytics start only after you allow them. They measure page views and selected actions using random visitor and session identifiers. Visitor identifiers expire after 30 days; sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Event records are retained for 90 days. Form answers, names, e-mail addresses and referral codes are excluded from analytics. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences.
The Journal
If you subscribe, your e-mail address and language are used to send the Journal. Where confirmation is required, the subscription begins after you confirm it. You can unsubscribe in every message.
Your information
Requests are accessible to authorised administrators. If e-mail delivery is configured, a notification is sent to the founders’ designated address. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, use the contact form.
