THREE PATHS
Start with the time you have.
If you have twenty minutes
Read 3, then the first three pages of 1, then page 2 of 6. You will know why Romania, what the table is, and what a container does.
If you are deciding whether to build
Read 6, 7 and 8 in that order. Plain words first, then the unit economics, then the site that turns them into measurements.
If you are a Chinese partner
Start with the Chinese editions of 3 and 1. Documents 4, 5, 6 and 8 carry Chinese titles and names but English text; translations follow once the names are confirmed.
